The mission of ANEW is to expand the representation of women at every level of the firm and to cultivate ideas, programs and practices that allow women to thrive at Ares. ANEW aims to attract, support, advance and impact women's careers through activities including women's networking events, “Link Up with Leadership” meetings, “Women Who Lead” speaker sessions, and sponsorship of women's organizations.
