The mission of ANEW is to expand the representation of women at every level of the firm and to cultivate ideas, programs and practices that allow women to thrive at Ares. ANEW aims to attract, support, advance and impact women's careers through activities including women's networking events, “Link Up with Leadership” meetings, “Women Who Lead” speaker sessions, and sponsorship of women's organizations. The ABA is a group focused on leadership, development and recruitment of persons of color. DREAM is a community for employees with special needs children, providing resources and support to help these parents as they build careers at Ares. DREAM promotes an environment of mutual respect and teamwork, while providing an avenue for those seeking the guidance, encouragement, and camaraderie of others who have successfully faced similar parenting challenges. We strive to raise awareness of the challenges faced by these employees and provide resources in line with Ares' employee-friendly work environment.
